Featuring their exclusive Thermlock insulated pistons, they have been specifically designed for high-temperature, road racing series compact cars. These stress-flow forged Dynalite-ST calipers also feature FEA generated radial transition design that eliminates steps and shoulders in the area between the piston housing body and the caliper bridges. Wilwood Forged Dynalite-ST calipers have the overall greater strength and reliability of the forging, as well as the reduced deflection tendencies and the resulting decrease in fluid volume displacement for increased clamping efficiency with less pedal travel.
