With the popularity oflarger stroker engines andmore efficient cylinderhead/cam designs has come aneed for Manifolds to supportthese larger displacements.Weiand recognised this andhas developed a new line ofStreet Warrior Manifoldsdesigned with ComputationalFluid Dynamics (CFD) togenerate maximum horsepowerand torque out of today'sengines.
Dyno testingof the new Weiand 8124 foundan additional 14 peak HP and13lb/ft torque over brand E -p/n 2121. Average torque wasincreased by 9.5 and HP by8.5 from 2,200 to 6,000 RPM!Testing was performed on a302 with high flow 58ccheads, 268/279 dur/.522 liftLunati cam P/N 51023, 600 CFMCarb & 1-5/8" headers.
