Every one haselectronic ignition. Nopoints, no condenser, no black(or red) box and very littlemaintenance. Just higherefficiency, economy andaccurate sparktiming.
It's easy toinstall, with just two wiresto a regular coil, and adjustsjust like a stocker with thestatic timing screw on theside so you don't have tounbolt it and turn the wholebody. The advance rate (andmax total advance) is tunedspecifically to suit theflathead V8 motor and everye-FIRE distributor is machinetested and ready torun.
NOTE: Must be used with apoints style coil only, with aresistance of at least 3.0Ohms or 1.5 Ohms with aballast resistor. DO NOT use alow-resistance or HEI-stylecoil.
