For a function to bemonitored on the V-Net thesignal from that functionmust pass through twocomponents, a sensor and amodule. The sensor is theunit that actually measuresthe input from the function(ie: pressure, temperature,movement, RPM), while themodules serves the purpose ofconverting and 'conditioning'the signal from the sensor soit can be transmitted overthe V-Net cable. Althoughthey can be purchasedseparately, for yourconvenience we have assembleda selection of sensors andmodules that are commonlyused in conjunction with eachother. These module/sensorassemblies are pre-programmedfor the uses indicated. Theyare ready to plug & play.
