You can customize the grilles; trim pieces can be easily removed, painted (or wrapped), and reassembled. The chrome versions are ready to install out of the box. And installation is easy, too. They use all the stock mounting points, hardware, and shouldn't take more than an hour to install. The wiring is, of course, plug-and-play.
