TechnicalSpecifications:
- Belt Drives: StandardSBF design will clear Jeselbelt drives and comparablebelt drive systems.
- NOTE: If you are running acam belt drive on your smallblock Ford, you will mostlikely need the WP173 pump.This pump will not fit Yates,Danny B, Jesel, or RaceMaster belt drives.
- Distributor Belt Drives:Spacers will be necessary toclear belt drive distributorsystems.
- FinishingThe System: This pump issupplied complete withgaskets and hardware butwithout the inlet fitting andoptional back plate. Thefitting needs to be orderedaccording to the size of thelower radiator hose. A backplate will be required in allapplications using a stockstyle timing cover.
- Amperage draw: Under normaluse the pump will draw 6-7amps.
- Overall HeightDimension: The standard pumpis 6.10" long from themounting surface to the tipof the pump.
- PumpWeight: This applicationweighs 5.5 lbs.
- 16volt systems: When purchasinga pump for a 16 volt systemwe recommend the 16 voltoptional motor on our pump.The 12 volt pump will workfor limited use applications.

The standard 35GPM pump is suitable fornormally aspirated engines upto 650HP. Supercharged,turbocharged and highcompression, high horsepowerapplications should use the55GPM High Flow pump only.This model does not acceptheater or bypass hoses as astandard. The small blockFord engine has gone throughseveral design changes at thefactory since its inception.There are two different 35GPM pump models that may beright for your engine.
