The Genuine OEM Parts MAP Sensor measures the manifold pressure and sends the data to the ECU. This information is then used to determine the air mass flow rate of the engine. A faulty MAP Sensor will result in issues such as an incorrect air to fuel ratio, poor fuel economy, stalling and misfiring and lack of power.
