The next generation of therevolutionary self tuningEZ-EFI has been upgraded withmore features than everbefore. Yet it maintainsease-of-use that doesn'trequire a laptop or tuningexperience. As with theoriginal EZ-EFI, simply hookup the system, answer theSetup Wizard questions on thehand-held, and EZ-EFI 2.0tunes itself as you drive. Itseight-injector, die castthrottle body featurescommonly available late modelOEM sensors for accuracy anddurability, supports up to1200 horsepower (the higheston the market), includesoptional ignition timingcontrol and is able to run E85fuels while competing versionscannot. It flows more air thanthe first generation EZ-EFIthrottle body due to animproved inlet, while a newsecondary shaft throttle stopadjustment provides even moreprecise idle airflowadjustment and balance.Meanwhile, an industryexclusive and unique-to-FASTintegrated fuel pulse dampercreates ultra-precise fuelcontrol. The EZ-EFI 2.0 alsoincorporates needle-bearingsupported shafts instead ofbushings and an integratedfuel rail design withcrossover for tighterpackaging. Setup includes themarket's fewest connectionwires, including a newhigh-quality wiring harnessand a sleek mesh-typeloom.
The EZ-EFI 2.0 hasan updated hand-held as well,featuring the industrysfirst color touchscreen.Self-powered through the ECUrather than requiring anoutside power source, itshares the same mountingpoints as the Garmin Nuvi GPS,meaning there are nearlylimitless mounting options(suction cup mount is includedwith all kits). Serving as theSetup Wizard initially, itthen becomes an electronicgauge screen. The hand-heldhas various advanced featuresincluding screen hide/sleepfunction, expanded diagnosticsand data screens, plusintuitivenavigation.
Electronicfuel pressure measurement isstandard on all kits, and allkits work with a wet nitroussystem, providing built-innitrous timing retard andspecial nitrous AFR targeting.EZ-Ignition features anEZ-Solution option, meaningthat it is plug-and-play withFAST Distributors forelectronic timing control orcan be used with an EFIdistributor of your choice anda FAST Crank Trigger. Or thesystem can be used to controlfuel only (Like originalEZ-EFI) and be used with astandard carb-type distributor(Ex. HEI) where timing is setmanually.
