The PS20and PS40 Coils are designed toenhance the output of factoryignition systems. They fit inplace of most OEM canistercoils, and thanks to theirlower resistance and optimizedturns ratio, will produce ahigher output spark when usedwith breaker points, amplifiedignitions or with the FASTXR-i Points Replacementsystem.
These coils willreliably deliver a high outputspark through 6,500 RPM onmild street performanceapplications and are oilfilled to keep the windingscool. Both coils are suppliedwith a ballast resistor whichis required if you plan tofire up your original breakerpoint style ignitionsystem.
