The EWP80 will fit mostvehicle makes and modelsfitted withnaturally-aspirated or turboengines up tothree litres. Therevolutionary,Australian-designed EWP80 ismade from anti-corrosive,lightweight,heat-resistant, glass-fillednylon and incorporates aceramic faced impellor sealfor long-lifedurability.
The EWP80greatly enhances enginecooling control while givingyou added power and improvedfueleconomy. By removing theparasitic power losses of abelt-driven, mechanical waterpump the EWPcan provide up to 10kW (13hp)of extra power and increasedtorque.
The EWP and FanDigital Controller will manageboth the EWP and Thermatic fanoperations. The DigitalController will vary the speedof the EWP in response to theengines coolanttemperature. Five temperaturesettings are provided on theController for either maximumpower or fuelefficiency.
TheThermatic Fan/s will beactivated automatically oncethe engine coolant rises 3C(5.4F) above thetargeted (set) temperature.The Digital Controller willautomatically run on for twominutes (or to 5C/9Fbelow the set temperature)after engine shut down,eliminating heat soakand extending enginelife.
