The 90 degree elbow included with this canister is not designed for gauge mounting, it is designed to be used in conjunction with the straight barbed fitting that is included with the canister. If a gauge is being mounted to the canister a direct thread installation is recommended. If a 90 degree gauge orientation is desired, additional adapters will be require to space the gauge high enough to clear the canister body.
