Usingcutting-edge designtechniques and manufacturingprocesses, Ultra-Gold ARCRockers increase enginepower, enhance valve trainstability and improve oiling.Ultra-Gold ARC Rockersfeature a new extrusion basedon improvements developedthrough FEA analysis,resulting in an evenstronger, stiffer bodywithout compromising mass. Anew arced channel andcontoured top, similar to abridge design, give therockers the beststrength-to-weight ratiopossible. The body hasadditional CNC contouringimprove clearances for valvecovers and springs.Manufactured entirely in theU.S.A., all Ultra-Gold ARCSeries Aluminium Rocker Armsfeature a spring oilerchannel through the body forimproved lubrication. Trunionretaining clips have beenreplaced with an ultradurable spiral lock typeclip, similar to what holds apiston pin in place. Stressrelieving radii have alsobeen added to areas of thebody, trunion and pushrodseat insert. Even theincluded locking nuts (notused in LS applications) havebeen revised to increasesurface area to bettermaintain lash and eliminatewear.
