Aeroflow V-Band Turbo Manifold with 44mm External Wastegate
Model - Honda K Series Engine turbo steampipe manifold. Uinversal fitment for most model Honda Civic and DC2 Integra. Will not fit DC5/EP3 or early ED/EFcivic without modifications. K24 engine conversions will interfere with the heater pipeand will require minor modifications to fit this manifold.
Turbo Collector Flange - V-Band (Boosted AF8080-1016 Flange).
Mounting Location - Side MountAbove Gearbox.
Turbocharger Style - GT30/GT35 style (Boosted 4849 up to Boosted 6862 in V-Band flange).
Wastegate Flange - Single 44mm external wastegate.
Aeroflow Performance steampipe turbo manifolds are a series of pipes that collect exiting exhaust gases which can be channelled into our merge collector which are perfectly matched to our Boosted range of turbochargers. Our merge collector design allows all pipes to enter at the exact same angle, and merge togetherat a point in the middle, pointing straight into the turbine. No pipes enter acrosseach other, so airflow is not disrupted, meaning a perfect balance between boost control and flow. With minimal back pressure where the manifold meets the turbo, you can be sure that you're getting the best flow possible from our turbo manifold.
Aeroflowturbo manifolds are finished to the highest of standards, constructed from thick wall 3mm mandrel bent steam pipe with CNC Machined header and turbo flanges. Each flange is milled after welding to ensureprecise surface finish. These manifolds are supplied with a short wastegate starter pipe designed to allow the fabricator to choose the size of the wastegate required, andthe position the wastegate sits in.
Each manifold is finished with a black enamel coat for shipping purposes only. We do recommendto have this manifold either wrapped with exhaust wrap or ceramic coated to ensure protection for external accessories and reduce under bonnet temperatures.
